As with all Pound House Bakery Cakes the Pistachio Pound Cake is made from scratch with all organic ingredients. The pistachios are ground, replacing some of the flour and enhanced with almond extract and lemon zest. This rich, nutty cake is then topped off with a creamy icing and, of course! more pistachios.
